About Us
Doug Hoeck, PT graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1980. He has been treating patients in San Diego for over 25 years. Mr. Hoeck has lectured throughout California on various physical therapy topics. He acts as clinical instructor for many Physical Therapy schools in the United States providing internships for physical therapy students.

Allison Milloy, PT, DPT, ATC received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2007. She received her undergraduate degree with a major in Spanish and a minor in Exercise Health Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  She has experience ranging from athletic training and sports medicine to vestibular and balance rehabilitation. Alli is a native of San Diego.
